A tracking number will be provided via email once your order is crafted, packaged, and ready to ship.

Once your order is placed, you have exactly 24 hours for any cancellation. After this grace period has passed, you will no longer be able to cancel or make changes to your order as crafting begins.

Because of the custom, handmade, and ritual nature of our items, I DO NOT accept refunds or returns on any and all orders. Changes requested after the 24-hour mark may be subject to additional fees. For items that arrive damaged, please reach out directly within 48 hours of delivery.
